This fabric is interwoven with DTY nylon elastic yarn and spandex to build a four-way elastic structure with the same warp, weft and oblique direction.
DTY is fluffy and curly after false twist deformation, with high elongation, combined with the continuous elasticity of spandex, making the fabric resistant to repeated stretching and fatigue.
The high nylon content provides the fabric with excellent wear resistance and tear resistance, so that it is not easy to pilling and damage in the high friction area.
The toothpick strip has an obvious concave convex appearance and strong three-dimensional sense. The three-dimensional pores are efficient for ventilation and heat dissipation, and sweating is not sultry.
At the same time, DTY has the characteristics of high fluffy, strong wool feeling and high softness after false twist deformation processing. It has higher comfort and no itching feeling when wearing close to the body. It can be used to make sportswear, bottoming shirts, body shaping clothes, etc.
