Nylon 6-Recycled

Principle

The waste yarn, waste blocks, weaving waste and other pre-consumer materials in the production process are subject to a unique conversion process to obtain high-quality recycled nylon chips, and then recycled nylon yarns of various specifications are prepared by melt spinning.

Advantages

  • Reuse of waste materials, environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction;
  • Advanced R& D technologies are employed to ensure high transparency, traceability and verification of regeneration authenticity;
  • It has obtained the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification, and TC transaction certificate can be issued;
  • Adopting strict waste sorting standards to guarantee uniform color and gloss consistency in recycled chips.

Important Notes

  • Keep away from direct sunlight;
  • The yarn should be used up within a week, but if it's properly wrapped in plastic, it can be stored for up to a month. It's highly recommended to avoid storing yarn without wrapping it, as this can compromise its quality;
  • Compared to conventional nylon, recycled nylon has a lower number of amino groups and poorer high-temperature resistance. When woven together with spandex, it is recommended that the setting temperature does not exceed 190°C. An excessively high setting temperature can easily cause oxidation of the amino groups in the recycled nylon, resulting in yarn yellowing and causing light-colored stripes and crosswise stripes on the fabric surface;
  • For fabrics containing recycled nylon, it is recommended to add antioxidants to the padding liquor prior to heat setting. The dosage of antioxidants should be 1.5 to 3 times that of conventional nylon-spandex fabrics (Note: It is advisable to maximize the "liquid pickup rate" before setting);
  • Strictly control the heat setting time of the fabric, and it is recommended that the effective heat setting time should be less than 60s.
