Important Notes

To remove oil before dyeing, wash the fabric thoroughly. Softeners containing silicon are not allowed. Oil must be removed completely, otherwise, the residual oil will compromise the effects of moisture absorbency and quick drying;

For knitting shell fabrics: a hydrophilic softener is used in the finishing process. The setting temperature should not be excessively high, and the pressure applied by the nip roller must be moderate. The setting temperature can not be too high while the pressure of nip roll must be moderate;

For woven fabrics: the conditions are the same as for knitted fabrics. If twist is needed, the TPM can not be too high in order to avoid damaging the cross section. The dye vat must be clean. No contact with lipophilic softener or auxiliaries during the whole procedure.
