When collagen nylon fibers are interwoven with spandex, in order to ensure even dyeing, the fabric should first undergo pre-treatment and pre-setting before dyeing. During the pre-setting process, an antioxidant agent should be applied to prevent amino acids from oxidizing at high temperatures, and the pre-setting temperature should not exceed 190°C;

 

The hydrophilic auxiliaries can be added during the finishing process of the fabric. However, if water-repellent auxiliaries, such as silicone softeners, waterproof agents, or coating treatments are used, it may affect the skin-friendliness and moisturizing properties of the fabric.
